Return policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Custom-cut cables, bulk products (opened spools) and clearance items cannot be returned.

How to proceed

Contact us through the Contact page with your order number and we will explain the next steps. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except when we made a mistake or the product is defective.

Defective product or shipping error

Report it within 7 days of receipt. We will replace the item or refund you, shipping included.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
