Terms of sale

By placing an order on this site you accept the following terms. The seller is Exporties Inc., 622 rue de la Sablière, Bois-des-Filion, Quebec J6Z 4T7.

Prices and taxes

Prices are in Canadian dollars. GST and QST (or the tax applicable in your province) are added at checkout. We may correct an obvious pricing error before shipping; you will be notified and may cancel.

Availability

Quantities shown come from our live inventory. Should an item turn out to be unavailable, we will refund that item promptly.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed upon receipt of payment. We reserve the right to refuse an order where fraud is suspected.

Warranty

Products are covered by Quebec's legal warranty and, where applicable, by the manufacturer's warranty. See also the return policy.

Liability

Our products must be installed according to applicable standards. We are not liable for damage resulting from improper installation or use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada.
